Planning permission for increase in floor area at first floor level by 68.5m² for office use, located in the existing double height entrance lobby, to our existing office and manufacturing building at Tullagreen, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork, T45KD29. The proposed development is for modifications to an existing manufacturing establishment to which the Major Accidents Directive applies. The establishment holds an Industrial Emissions Licence and is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. Under the proposed development the site will remain in compliance with the regulatory requirements under existing licence conditions.
