Permission for alterations & extensions to an existing dwelling - change of design from that granted previously under planning ref. 18/7255. The proposed works will consist of; 1) demolition of the existing flat roof garage & extension to the sides of the original cottage, 2) the construction of a new single storey part pitched roof/part flat roof extension to the side of the original cottage, 3) the installation of a new waste water treatment system in place of an existing septic tank which is to be removed, 4) a revised vehicular access point to the site via a new right of way over an existing entrance used for the existing dwelling to the south west of the site (as per planning ref. 18/7255) & 5) all other associated site works
