The Development will consist of a new waste water treatment area. Works will include the construction of a standalone single storey roofed tankage structure, a two-storey dewatering/sludge building, a concrete slab area, access road, 3 no. vehicle parking bays and associated ground level mounted equipment and storage area. This application is for an amendment to the WWT area previously approved under reference no. 22/4839. The proposed development is on an existing manufacturing site to which the Major Accidents Directive applies, and to which an Industrial Emissions Licence and an Integrated Pollution Control Licence that are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) applies.
