Permission to construct timber framed bungalow and to replace road boundary fence with galvanised steel post and panel fence. To widen existing vehicular entrance from public road to 6.750m wide and form vehicular shared entrance to serve existing cottage and new bungalow. To install new secondary wastewater treatment system and tertiary filter together with all associated site works.
