(A) Retention permission for the installed wastewater treatment system (change from that permitted by PL.Ref 22/05773) and (B) Permission for the change of use of the existing garage to use as a one bedspace community residence for persons with an intellectual or physical disability, including modifications to the existing elevations and all site works associated with the above mentioned developments.
