Construction of 2 no. one storey modular buildings for office use and 2 no. storage containers to the north of the existing Operation Support Group Building including all ancillary site development works at their production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.
