The development will consist of works at the former Orchard Warehouse Facility. The works include the demolition of the existing gate, pillar and fencing to be replaced by a blockwork splayed entrance and the demolition of 2 no. outbuildings [113.65m²] as well as construction of a two storey extension to the front of ‘Warehouse 2’ to form a new office and reception area with ancillary staff and meeting facilities and the change of use of warehouse 3 from warehouse storage to workshop involving the fitting out of containers to form housing units, the provision of 2 no. storage containers on site as well as all associated development works.
