Alterations, renovations and extension of the existing restaurant and lodging. The proposed works comprise of; a) the alteration, renovation and change of use of the existing detached storage shed into café, b)partial demolition of existing toilet core and construction of additional toilets to restaurant building, c) construction of newly proposed canopy to main entrance of restaurant building , d) construction of pergola structure at café and to the back of restaurant area, e) alteration to elevational treatment of restaurant building and café, f) alteration of roof at restaurant and instalment of new roof lights, g) demolition of existing sheds at north end of site; resurfacing and redesign to car park area; construction of bin store area, h) change of use of first floor residence to staff accommodation, j) all ancillary and site works necessary to facilitate the development.
