Permission for the following development to dwelling house, namely; proposed single storey and storey and a half type extension at rear (north east facing), new single storey extension at side (north west facing), new single storey extension at side (south east facing), new open canopy type porch extension at front, new velux roof windows at front and rear of existing roof, proposed solar panels positioned on front of existing roof (south west facing) and all associated site works, including new treatment unit with percolation area at rear of site and de-commissioning of existing septic tank.
