Permission for retention and completion of: 1) Alterations to dwelling houses permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 20/6895 (currently under construction). The alterations include: (a) Changes in Finished Floor Level of unit 1 to 6, (b) Alterations to window and door positions and sizes on all houses types, (c) The omission of a window to the gable of house type B1 and D1, (d) Minor increases in ridge height of all dwelling houses, (e) Minor alterations to the floor area of all dwelling houses, (f) Changes to internal site layout, (g) Stone finish to roadside boundary wall and (h) all associated site development works.
