The development will consist of: • Continued extraction of remaining authorised sand and gravel resources (Plan File Ref. No. 08/6662 & ABP. PL 04.232102) over a total extraction area of c. 2.4 Ha. ; • Continued use of the existing aggregate processing plant and associated water settlement lagoons ; • Retention and continued use of the existing historic site access arrangements; • Restoration of all areas back to agricultural use. All for a period of 10 years and within an application area of 5.25 hectares.
