Retention for the following works: 1) Converted out-building for use as an ancillary granny flat and 2) Pitched roof replacing flat roof to rear of existing dwelling and Permission for the following works to existing dwelling: 1) New single storey extension to side and rear of existing two storey dwelling, 2) New sewerage system to replace existing septic tank, 3) and all associated works.
