Modifications to existing dwelling house, namely; 1) Construction of a single storey extension to the side (east) elevation which includes a single storey porch extension wrapping around the front (south) Elevation, 2) Construction of a single storey extension to the rear (north) elevation, 3) New location for the vehicular entrance 4) Insert velux rooflight on front roof of existing dwelling house and 5) All associated site works.
