A) Permission for retention is sought for elevational alterations as follows: 1. Roof barges and dormer windows modified from those approved by Pl.Reg.No. 09/5122. B) Permission for alterations to existing dwelling house as follows: 1. Ground floor extensions to the southern, western and northern elevations. 2. Carry out all associated site works.
