Works at the former Orchard Warehousing Facility. The works include the demolition of the existing gate, pillars and fencing to be replaced by a blockwork splayed entrance and the demolition of 2 no. outbuildings [113.65m2] as well as the construction of a two storey extension to the front of 'warehouse 2' to form a new office and reception area with ancillary staff and meeting facilities and the change of use of warehouse 3 from warehouse storage to workshop involving the fitting out of containers to form housing units and a proposed raised platform to warehouse 3, the provision of two no. storage containers on site as well as all associated site development works.
