Permission for alterations/modifications to a housing development, previously granted permission under ref:18/6083, to change 6 no. 3 bedroom dwelling units (type A, A1, B & B1) to 1 and 2 bed apartments. The proposed changes will include: a) construction of 6 no. 1 bedroom apartment units and 6 no. 2 bedroom duplex units in lieu of 6 no. terrace houses with associated layout/elevational changes and b) all associated site changes all within an architectural conservation area.
