Permission for the following works. 1) Alterations & extensions to an existing single storey dwelling including elevational alterations to the rear of the existing structure & a single storey extension to the side & rear of the existing structure, 2) The conversion of an existing detached roadside derelict stone outbuilding to a home office, 3) The installation of a waste water treatment system on the site in place of the existing septic tank which is to be decommissioned & 4) all other associated site works.
