Permission for amendments to previously granted planning permission Ref No. 21/04872 comprising the following change of house types: a) House 1-4 change from 4 No. 4 bed semi-detached to 4 No. 2bed semi-detached; b) 12 No. terraced 3bed houses numbers 15-17, 20-22, 36-38 & 43-45 change to 12 No. 2bed terraced; c) 4 no. semi-detached 2bed houses numbers 11-12 and 29-30 change to 4 no. new house type 2 bed semi-detached; d) 3 no. terraced 3 bed houses numbers 33-35 house type C! to 3 no. terraced 3 bed houses type C; e) 3 no. semi-detached 3 bed houses number 40-42 to 3 no. terraced 3bed houses type C; f) Removal of house No.39 in accordance with granted permission 21/04872 condition no.2 and associated site services whilst leaving all granted site circulation roads, footpaths & open space unchanged from granted application 21/04872.
