Permission and retention permission at Foilnamuck, Ballydehob, Co. Cork comprising: 1) Permission is sought for a) the conversion of the southern vehicular entrance to a pedestrian entrance only: b) the removal of an existing fence (located to the side of the vehicular entrance on the northeastern corner) to facilitate the reinstallation of a sod and stone ditch c) the construction of a storage shed; d) connection of the timber cabin into the permitted waste water treatment system permitted under Planning ref no. ref. 21/102 once works have been completed and 2) all associated ancillary site development works. 3) Retention permission is sought for a) construction of the existing vehicular entrance on the northeastern site boundary and internal access track serving the existing house and ancillary buildings; b) the relocation of the bored well, ground works and construction of a timber cabin for temporary residential use until the completion of works to the existing house permitted under Planning ref. 21/102 and thereafter for use as an artist's studio / home office ancillary to the main dwelling; c) the construction of a pump house and temporary permission for the use of same as a utility room ancillary to the cabin for the duration of the construction period of the main dwelling house permitted under Planning Ref. 21/102; e) temporary retention for the connection of the cabin and ancillary utility room into and use of the existing septic tank until the completion of permitted works to the main dwelling house, including the installation of a new wastewater treatment system, permitted under Planning ref. 21/102
