Permission for phase 1 of a proposed new residential development at the site at lands Knocknagarrane, Old Chapel, Bandon, Co.Cork. Phase 1 of the proposed residential development will consist of the construction of 16 no. new dwelling houses (8 no. 3 bedroom 2-storey semi-detached dwelling houses, 8 no. 4 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached dwelling houses) and all associated ancillary site development works including the removal of an existing agricultural site entrance and the provision of new vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development via new estate entrance from old Clonakilty road (L2063), to south of the proposed site.
