Permission for the construction of holiday accommodation for short-term letting, a new pedestrian / cyclist access onto Sailor's Lane, a bike store, bin store, a wastewater collection tank and pump station and all associated car parking, landscaping and site development works. The proposed holiday accommodation will consist of: (1) the construction of 6 no. glamping pods and (2) the refurbishment, extension and change of use of an existing agricultural building to an activity building ancillary to the holiday use.
