Permission for retention for the following: a) as constructed partial extensions to the North and East of the existing dwelling house, b) material alterations and fenestration changes to existing dwelling house, c) construction of a new entrance off the public roadway and access roadway within the site, d) excavation/recontouring of ground to North Eastern side of site. Planning permission for the following: e) completion of extensions to the North and East of the existing dwelling house, f) complete fenestration changes to the existing dwelling house, g) decommission the existing septic tank system and install a new proprietary system along with all associated site works
