A change of plan of site as permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 21/4372. The replacement proposal consists of 33 residential units as follows:- 21 dwelling houses (3 no. 2 bed mid terraced, 6 no. 2 bed end of terraced, 12 no. 3 bed semi-detached) and 12 residential serviced sites and proposed future creche site and associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
