A residential development comprising of the construction of 10 no. dwelling houses. The residential mix is as follows 4 no. 4 bedroom detached units & 6 no. 2 bedroom town houses. Permission is also sought for the completion of 21 no. dwelling houses (previously permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 07/4049). The proposed development will also include associated site development works including vehicular access, footpaths, pedestrian facilities, foul and storm water drainage networks, a proprietary waste water treatment plant with pumping station and rising main, a proprietary tertiary filter and gravel bed, storm water attenuation system, neighbourhood play area, public lighting, landscaping and improvements to road culvert at adjoining stream. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
