Permission to construct a two storey dwelling with attached garden store, domestic waste water treatment system & soil polishing filter (amended house design from previously approved application: 18/7177 and 23/4043). Permission is also sought for the decommissioning of a septic tank serving existing adjacent dwelling, its replacement with a new waste water treatment system & soil polishing filter and to close existing site entrance and form a new entrance onto private road with walls and piers and retaining walls, (all approved under planning ref: 18/7177 and 23/4043) and all associated site works
