Permission for the retention and full planning permission for the completion of house numbers 132, 133, 134, 135 & 136. The changes where permission for retention is being applied for comprise of the following: a) Revised positions of house footprints to that permitted b) Revised finished floor level to a lower elevation c) All associated site works. The proposed development is a change of plan from that originally permitted under Cork County Council Planning Ref. 167217 and extended under Planning Ref: 224692.
