Permission for the construction of a residential development of 52 no. dwellings consisting of 17 no. detached, 24 no. semi-detached and 11 no. terraced two storey dwellings together with all associated site development works including the provision of a new site entrance from the L2216. This application is an extension of the Paírc Brouen Development (permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 22/4627). The proposed development includes road, road junction & associated site work amendments to the 22/4627 permitted site layout.
