(i) the demolition of the existing annex (109 sqm); (ii) the demolition of ancillary outbuildings including the part two-storey garage / workshop wing (62 sqm), the greenhouse (13 sqm), and utility (9 sqm); (iii) construction of extension to dwelling house The Anchorage (formerly known as Fastnet House) at first floor (22 sqm) above existing kitchen wing; (iv) construction of ground floor single-storey extension to dwelling house to consist of new kitchen/dining wing and glass link connecting to the main house (121 sqm); (v) conservation works to the dwelling house The Anchorage to include the provision of new timber sash windows to rear facade; (vi) internal modifications to dwelling house The Anchorage; (vii) landscaping works to include local regrading and removal of existing retaining walls; (viii) provision of a new proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area; and (ix) all other associated ancillary site works
