Permission for the construction of 26 no. dwellings, change of plan and amendments to previously granted planning permission reg no. 21/4872 comprising of the following change of house types; a) house 1-4 change from 4 no. 4 bed semi-detached to 4 no. 2 bed semi detached, b) 12 no. terraced 3 bed houses numbers 15-17, 20-22, 36-38 & 43-45 change to 12 no. 2 bed terraced, c) 4 no. semi-detached 2 bed houses numbers 11-12 &29-30 change to 4 no. new house type 2 bed semi-detached, d) 3 no. terraced 3 bed houses 33-35 house type C1 to 3 no. terraced 3 bed house type C, e) 3 no. semi-detached 3 bed houses number 40-42 to 3 no. 3 bed houses type c ( now shown as house numbers 39-41), f) removal of house number 39 as identified under planning reg 21/4872 in accordance with granted permission 21/4872 condition no. 2 and associated site services whilst leaving all granted site circulation roads, footpaths & open space unchanged from grant application 21/4872
