Permission for the construction of 19 no. houses, improvements to the junction of the R603 and the L-6105, 6 no. visitor car parking spaces along Meadow View Road, new pedestrian access points to the public amenity walk and community field, erection of ball stops nets and all ancillary bin stores, bicycle stores, car parking landscaping and site development works at Glanduff (Townland), Kilbrittain, Co. Cork. The proposed improvements to the public roads include traffic calming measures, widening of the existing footpath, 1 no. new pedestrian crossing on Meadow View Road and 2 no. new pedestrian crossings on the R603. Access to the proposed development is via Meadow View. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the Planning Authority.
