Permission for change of use, alterations and extension of former Coach House which is in the curtilage of Kilmahon House, a Protected Structure (RPS ID01478). Works will include the following: i) change of use, alterations and subdivision of existing Coach House into 4 no. 2-storey apartment dwelling units intended for short term let, ii) construction of 3 no. single storey flat roof bay extensions and 3 no. dormer windows to the west along with 1 no. single storey extension to the south of the existing structure, iii) alterations to existing elevations, iv) new wastewater treatment system and v) all other associated landscaping and ancillary site works.
