Permission for construction of a 2.5 metre wide artificial running track to the perimeter of an existing grassed area adjacent to the main security entrance and a set-down parking area offset from the existing entrance road for 4 vans and 5 cars along with 4 disability parking spaces to include the provision of an electric vehicle charging point and an illuminated directional sign at the entrance to the set-down parking area. The development will include all site works including the provision of underground services and hard landscaping. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence No. P0009-05. The development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Regulations applies.
