Permission for alterations to an existing mixed-use building, namely; 1) Change of use of existing public house and cold room on the ground floor to residential use namely; 4 no. apartments, 2) Associated ground floor extension for residential use, to link cold room to main building at the rear elevation, 3) Change of use of an existing hair dressing salon and stores to a public house, 4) Single storey extension to rear elevation of new public house, 5) Alterations to all elevations, namely; alterations to existing and construction of new window and door openings, removal of existing external bar front surround and the construction of a new bar front surround in a new location on the front elevation, and 6) New boundary fencing, revision to on-site parking layout, alteration to existing vehicular entrance, and all associated site works.
