Permission for retention for the following elements: 1) Construction of the first floor structure after the expiry of the 5 year planning validity period, 2) Construction of a 40m long x 3.2m high mass concrete retaining wall along the southern perimeter ground floor structure, 3) Construction of Rock Armour revetment along northern boundary, 4) Construction of ground stabilising Rock Armour to elevated embankment along southern boundary, 5) Construction of additional 64m2 floor area at ground floor level, 6) External finishes to building, 7) Alterations to aspect and elevations of structure as detailed in planning permission 16/662, 8) Retention of partially constructed external stairs on southern boundary. Permission is also sought for the following outstanding works: 9) Concrete retaining wall to southern side face of external stairs, 10) Security fencing around perimeter of external stairs, 11) Security bollards and access gate on western boundary, 12) Outstanding site finishes and landscaping of the Courtmacsherry Rowing Club boathouse (Original permission16/662 granted 19/05/2017)
