1) Permission for retention of the existing car park to the North of the existing mixed-use light industrial unit. 2) Permission for the relocation of the car parking area to the North. 3) Permission to construct a new extension to the Northern, Western and Eastern elevations of an existing mixed-use light industrial unit which will include a new storage area, plant room and intake/dispatch area along with all ancillary and miscellaneous site works.
