Permission for proposed development to an existing dwelling house (change of plan previously granted Planning No. 16/06088). Works to consist of the following: 1) Demolish the existing standalone store room. 2) Construct new single storey extensions to the South, East and West. The eastern extension to form new “Granny Flat”. 3) Carry out elevational changes on the existing Northern elevation. 4) Install a new proprietary wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area. 5) Carry out all associated site works.
