a) the retention of existing as built uncomplete extension to rear of existing dwelling, b) permission to complete construction of extension to the rear of existing dwelling, including a proposed first floor extension, c) renovations to existing dwelling and commercial unit, including but not limited to the demolition of existing defective roof and replace same with new and the reinstatement of new garage door to front façade in lieu of existing window to allow for vehicle access, alterations to all elevations including revised window and door locations along with all ancillary site works
