Permission for works to the existing dwellinghouse to comprise of the following: Removal of existing extensions to east and south elevations, removal of garden shed structures from the rear garden area, the construction of a single-storey extension to the east and south elevations, construction of a single storey covered out-door space in the rear garden area, construction of a domestic waste water treatment system and all associated site works.
