Permission to construct new 2 storey split-level dwelling house. Proposed works will include: 1) New dwelling house to be accessed via existing vehicular site entrance from public road, with provision of shared access arrangement between existing dwelling on site and new proposed dwelling; 2) Provision of new driveway and parking area to serve new dwelling; 3) All associated site development works. The development will be located within the curtilage of a Protected Structure (RPS 1777).
