Permission for elevational alterations to existing commercial unit including the addition of new windows to the south west (front) and south east (side) elevations, the relocation of existing doors to front and rear elevations, for internal alterations within the unit and all associated site works. Permission for retention is being sought for the raised roof height (both eaves height & ridge height) of the commercial unit and changes in elevation that include new external cladding throughout and the addition of windows/doors to all elevations.
