Permission for 1) the change of use of two existing stores to a dwelling house, 2) permission for construction of a single storey extension between the existing stores to connect the existing stores to form one dwelling, 3) elevational changes to the existing structures to include a new roof, increase in ridge height to existing buildings, 4) alterations to window and door fenestration of the existing buildings, & 5) installation of a proprietary treatment system and percolation area together with all other ancillary site works
