Permission for the retention for alterations and amendments to development permitted under 16/662. Permission for the following elements: 1) Boathouse with associated meeting room, training room, toilets and changing rooms as constructed. 2) Increase to ground floor area of 64 sqm, 3) Construction of a 40m long x 3.2m high mass concrete retaining wall along the southern perimeter of the ground floor structure, 4) Construction of rock armour revetment along northern boundary, 5) Construction of ground stabilising rock armour to elevate embankment along southern boundary. 6) Retention of partially constructed external stairs on southern boundary. Permission is also sought for the following outstanding works: 7) Concrete retaining wall to southern side face of external stairs, 8) Security fencing around perimeter of external stairs, 9) Security bollards and access gate on western boundary, 10) Outstanding site finishes and landscaping of the Courtmacsherry Rowing Club boathouse (Original Permission 16/662 granted 19/05/2017).
