Permission for the part demolition, restoration of existing uninhabited dwelling and substantial upgrade and alteration works to include raising the existing roof and modifications to openings plus construction of two-storey extensions to rear and side of dwelling, demolition of outbuildings to rear and bounding the gable of the dwelling. Alterations to western outbuilding for ancillary use, alterations and upgrade of existing site entrance and construct new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.
