Permission to extend the existing Gateway Business Centre with 6 additional warehouse/light industrial units (no. 2,3,4,21, 22 & 23) with ancillary internal 2 storey offices and signage on the southern elevation. The units will consist of 2 no. of 178.3m.sq and 4 no. units of 93m.sq. Permission is also sought for decommissioning of existing on-site temporary effluent treatment plant permitted under planning reg no. 06/11708.
