Permission for elevational alterations to existing warehouse/office unit including the addition of new windows to the south west (front) and south east (side) elevations, the relocation of existing doors on the front and rear elevations, for provision of additional offices, canteen & meeting room at first floor level of the abovementioned unit and all associated site works. Permission for retention is being sought for the raised roof height (both eaves height & ridge height) of the warehouse/office unit and changes in elevation that include new external cladding throughout and the addition of windows/doors to all elevations
