Permission for the construction of a temporary wastewater treatment plant (enclosed within a temporary shed structure), temporary pumping station, associated infrastructure and all other ancillary site development works to serve the mixed-use residential development permitted by Cork County Council Pl.Reg.No. 21/6874. The proposed development comprises a change of plan from that previously permitted by Pl.Reg.No. 21/6874, with proposed temporary wastewater treatment plant replacing an area of permitted surface car parking. The proposed development provides for the amendment of Condition No. 2 of Pl.Reg.No. 21/6874 to facilitate the construction of the proposed temporary wastewater treatment plant. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
