Permission for a) the part demolition and alteration to the existing dwelling-house, including rear sunroom, the garage to the east gable side, the adjacent rear garage lean-to and the removal of exiting front bay windows, b) the extension and alteration to the dwelling house shall consist of construction of a new single storey extension to rear, new single storey extension and side entrance to the east gable side and all associated works.
