Permission for a) A 15.3m high two storey cold storage building, comprising of cold storage warehousing and freezer storage, dock leveller, goods in and out areas with associated mechanical and electrical room on the first floor b) Single storey sub-station, c) Structural steel service racking, d) All road circulation, underground services, drainage and other associated site works. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence No. P0009-05. The development refers to a modification to an establishment to which a Major Accident Regulation applies.
