Permission for 1) the demolition of an existing single storey toilet block and external fire escape stairs, 2) the construction of a part one and part two storey extension linked to the existing school building comprising a special education needs base, classrooms, construction studies room, technology preparation area, science laboratory and preparation area, music room, multimedia room, offices, storage, lockers, toilets, plant rooms and ancillary spaces, 3) the construction of a standalone ESB substation building, 4) site works including roadworks, footpaths, carparking, bus set down areas, bicycle parking, fencing, gates, drainage and surface water attenuation works, play areas, landscaping, signage and all associated site works.
