Permission for Retention of external hardstanding area for trailer parking ancillary to existing factory. Permission for the following: a) Change of use of part of existing Offices/Staff Facilities to Production Area and raise roof level over existing and new Production Area on western side of existing factory b) Construct a new Production Area extension to the western side of existing factory, c) Construct a new Dispatch Area extension and raise roof level over part of existing Dispatch Area to the southern side of existing factory, d) Construct a new Dry Goods Store extension to the eastern side of existing factory, e) Construct a new extension to the existing Offices at ground floor level and construct a new first floor extension over the existing Offices on the western and southern sides, f) Construct a new pedestrian bridge over Dispatch yard on southern side of existing factory, g) Fenestration changes to elevations, h) Construct a new access road and carpark to the western side of existing factory along with all associated site works
